We are in foreclosure and plan to take everything we possibly can from the house. Anything that is attached will be replaced with similar items of lesser quality - we will take the stove, the washer and dryer and the faucets etc. There is no law that says the original ones must be left. All of the potted plants and even the roses in the garden will come with us.

We are going into forclosure as well. The house we bought came with a fridge and stove but we already had newer, nicer ones so we sold the old ones in a yard sale, but now are we to understand that we have to leave our fridge and stove behind, the ones We bought?

This question pertains to Arizona. If a house goes to foreclosure and is sold how long after the sale do you have to vacate the property?

My short sale has been approved and escrow will be closed next month. We're renting out 2 of our rooms to a family since March last year. We do not have lease agreement or deposit. We wanted to remove our washer and dryer out of our house first week of April, is it legal? Also, are they considered tenants or lodgers? BTW, I live in CA.

I have been renting in the state of Washington for about 18months. the landlord had purchased a new Refrig, washer/dryer to put in the house when i moved in. in return he said the rent would be a little higher. although there is nothing in the contract about this. then i get a letter from the Bank stating i have 28 days to move out that they have taken possession of the home. so when i moved out i took the refrig, w/d with me. i had planned on calling the orig landlords to see if they wanted them. but they have been out of the country. then my new rental didnt come with these items. now bank says i stole these items. i have a copy of the contract signed when the bank took the house back. it states real property. there is no mention of refrig, w/d. does the bank have a legal leg against me.

Also the home origionally cane with generic whasher, dryer, stove, fridge. We traded them all in and purchaced new appliances. We also paid extra and wrapped it into the mortgage to add blinds. can we take the washer and dryer and fridge with out replacing them and can we take the blinds with out replacing them?
